Guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will re-clean that particular area that was not cleaned properly at no additional charge within 48 hours of your notice. Any areas that we are not cleaning during the cleaning session are not covered under our 48 hour guarantee. No money back. No refunds. The guarantee will be voided if another contractor on the site is performing work after the California Clean Team completes a service. The guarantee will be voided for first time customers if they are not at home to inspect the service performance provided by the California Clean Team. Re-cleaning is subject to availability and can't be more than one (1) hour one (1) person or 30 minutes two (2) people.
